builduser released this 2026-11-07 21:09:25 +01:00 | 4 commits to main since this release

    The first release.

    • Voice calls in direct messages, encrypted with a key the caller holds.
    • Keybinds like Discord's: several keys per action, mouse buttons
(middle, Mouse 4, Mouse 5), push to talk, push to mute, toggle talk, toggle
mute, toggle deafen and toggle push to talk. The main push-to-talk key is
      set in Voice & Audio.
    • Push to talk keeps you unmuted: the key only decides whether your voice
is sent, and your ring lights while it is.
    • On Linux, push to talk works while another window has focus: through
your desktop's shortcut settings (Hyprland, KDE, GNOME), or by reading
your mouse or keyboard directly, with a mouse-only mode and a device list.
    • Notifications: per-server and per-channel levels, @everyone, @here and
role mentions, and unread counts for direct messages. Unread DMs show their
      sender in the server rail.
    • #channel links in messages, and channel descriptions next to the
      channel name.
    • Shift+Enter starts a new line.
    • Link previews and invite cards, sealed into the message by the sender.
    • A profile card from the bottom-left corner, with your status and a
      custom status line.
    • Two-factor sign-in with a QR code for your authenticator app, and a
      privacy step in first-time setup.
    • An update notice with what's new; the Linux app updates itself.
    • The DM list and DM header show who is actually online.
    • Links open in the browser again on Android 11 and later.
